First of all, I wish you Happy New Year 2016!

Please note that we have not yet received all the Form C signed and the CFS for the Final reporting period of the project FI-WARE 285248.
So, the Commission has told us that they have therefore to suspend the time limit of payment.

As soon as we have received the pending documentation, we’ll send the complete set to the Commission.

Although you can check on line the status of the received documentation (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1OEJD8g_kV-tc9Vt2KcCczj32JNFbBDvbOdr0RWPwvW8), please let me show you it:

Dear all,
This e-mail is to inform you that yesterday the Commission closed the NEF session, so the process of the final payment process has started.
We have 15 days to send to the Commission the original signed copies of the FORM-C, adjustments and CFS.
Deadline: December 18th, 2015
If we don’t reach this deadline, the Commission will stop the clock of the payment process.
So, I kindly ask you to attend this important e-mail urgently.

Please find attached the documents to be printed, stamped and signed (please use a blue pen). Don’t forget to include the CFS if needed.
Please send two original copies to the following address by courier:
