Dear all, please find a new remark from the Commission:

B33 (NSNG1): Could the Auditor explain the difference between the figures stated in the CFS as covered by the report and the ones shown on the different signed forms related to the RP2 and RP3?

Thanks for your response in annex following our clarification request regarding the total cost covered by the CFS you provided for the RP2 and RP3.
According to your response the total amount of 1.012.049€ certified in the CFS is distributed as follows:

Period 2 : 367.477€
Period 2 : 55.195€ (adjustment)
Period 3 : 589.377€

The amount of 367.477€ is correct and corresponds to the amount declared on the form C by the RP2.
However the following points remain to be clarified:
1-The adjustment related to the RP2 of 55.195€ you mentioned does not correspond to adjustment form C submitted herewith attached, which shows a total cost of 355.995€
2-The amount of 589.377€ concerning the RP3 mentioned in your answer and in the CFS does not correspond to the form C submitted herewith attached which
shows a total cost of 578.290€.

In order to more understand and reconcile the amounts declared and the amounts certified and referred to in your response, please, could you provide us more explanation
on the way the 55.195€ and 589.377€ have been obtained? A breakdown of amounts resulting from calculation will be helpful.

Dear all,
This e-mail is to inform you that today we’ve received a new remark from The Commission:

B3 (IBM Isarel): Could you please ask the auditor to confirm the amount certified? Clarification missing in the e-mail of the auditors.

We know that the P.O. is still checking with the Financial unit the others points and they will come back to us if necessary.
Please note that the time suspension is still on-going as the clarification was not complete.
