[FIWARE-AI-ML] Communication regarding the ML / FIWARE group

Dear all,

As discussed and agreed in Tuesday's meeting, the frequency of the meetings
will be once a month. Also, we've created a mailing list to better
communicate in the future.

One of the discussed points to start was to compile a list of ML processes
to study the structure and necessary data for the creation of data models.
