Sorry for not answering before.
Well, it's not being easy to fix a date... The first option I see to have all the people available is the first of week of June. Could you check if it's feasible for you to travel to Madrid for a couple of days that week?
Anyway, since it's too much time, I propose to have a sync call next week. Preferably on Wednesday 14th from 9 to 11 or from 16 to 18h, or  at any time on Thursday or Friday.

dear Sergio, partners,

although paperwork has not completely been finalized it seems quite likely that our project to build a bridge between Fi-Ware and the CitySDK Linked Data API will go trough.

I would like to take the opportunity to provisionally schedule a site visit of the CitySDK team to Madrid (or v.v. to Amsterdam) for a more in depth introduction to the relevant parts of Fi-Ware. Previously we discussed 28-30 April, but this is clearly too soon. Would any of the following dates be possible?

May 14-15
May 5-8
May 12-14
