Can I confirm such date and time? Are you fine with it?

Dear Tech Chapters Leaders,

Work items for planning and closing next sprint have already been  
created. Hence, you and your teams have them on your backlogs.
Now considering holidays the sprint planning period has been extended,  
being its deadline 14.January.2016 (Thursday)

Find below the proposed schedule for the optional sprint planning meetings.
If your chapter happen to meet for planning before the proposed date,  
it's alright. In that case we'll simply cancel the proposed meeting.
Please, give me feedback.
