[Fiware-apps] URGENT: T112 Live demos task

Hi Davide,

>From the very beginning of this call series, I made it explicit that UPM
could not lead (nor co-lead) any of the 4 Demos. Just because we do not
have enough resources to do so (11,5 PM). And also because we own a number
of different GEs that most probably will require our participation in more
than one Demo. Having said this, IMHO we do not have even a draft idea for
"our demo": these demos will be very comprehensive, and show how to use and
integrate GEs across different chapters.

Creating the demo idea, first diagrams, story lines, etc. and inviting
other partners to participate is the first step to end up leading the demo.
It is true that I put some ideas on the table just to help, but I cannot
lead the process of refining them and recruiting other partners. Ilknur
made it explicit that 4 partners (those with more resources assigned to
this task) should create and lead 4 demo proposals. UPM is not one of them.
We are always happy to contribute and to help, and we are doing so with
other partners regarding their demo proposals, but in this case it seems
that we are leading the process.

Having said this, I agree on having a confcall next week to help you to
define a possible demo involving WP3 GEs, but it will only make sense if
you have clear the idea for a demo proposal and the idea of the target
business domain and partners from other chapters that could join the demo.
Otherwise this demo could end up being "an WP3 island", which has no sense.

Sorry for this tough email, but I do not want to have the feeling that "we"
still do not have a demo proposal because UPM failed to fulfill its duties.
