[Fiware-apps] Data Portal is offline

Hi again, :)
Via REST API (using /package_search/) I'm have access to private dataset 
owned by others.
As instance, via REST call I can see that the private dataset 
"prueba-de-datos-gob-es"(or "estados"), which is not shared with me, has 
one resource with this url "http://datos.gob.es/files/catalogo.rdf". 
Such details are of course not accessible in the Data Portal website.
Could you also have a look? Sorry for bother you!
