[Fiware-apps] Data Portal is offline

Hi Alessandro,

I've been working on it and it should be fixed now. Resources are not
returned anymore when the users are not allowed to retrieve a dataset.
However, take into account, that the "url" field will be always returned,
since this field should not be used to specify the URL of the resources
(yes, I know, some datasets have used this field for this purpose).

Can you check it?
