[Fiware-apps] Business Live Demo: demo script document updated

Hi all
I updates the Demo script document:

I improved the demo idea description and wrote the main scenarios we are 
going to implement, considering both developer/application provider and 
final users perspectives.
Please tell me if you have any comment.
Of course we can describe each scenario with pictures, code snippets, 
.... but I would like to share with you the structure first of all.
