[Fiware-apps] Architecture Document

Hi Davide,

As stated by Sergio in the review, this document is about the architecture
of the GE, so it does not marke sense to mention the reference
implementation. I do not know if GERi is mentioned in other chapters but it
is not correct anyway. I'll send you the final version of the document
tomorow morning just in case you want to review something more. I'll commit
the final version on wednesday morning.
