Hi Monica,

I had a look at the minutes and I can't agree with the following action
point:

Initializing demo scripts

UPM

We are not the right people to create the first draft of the demos scripts,
nor the first draft of the tasks description / workplan (e.g. see what we
have done in [1]) since that work will significantly depend on the previous
knowledge and expertise gained in Finesce (Finesce scenario and
architecture).

Indeed, I am still very confused about the current situation regarding the
use of the demo developed in Finesce. I don't want to get back to the
different emails exchanged with you, with Davide, with Ilknur and with
Stefano, and the numerous and relevant changes that have occurred
repeatedly since your "first approach". To be constructive, I just want to
mention what is expressed in the final version of the demo deliverable:
"The Business demo base architecture will be inspired by the experience
gained in the FINESCE project, in particular in the successful WP4 Energy
Marketplace trial site located in Terni - Italy led by
Engineering. Considering the FINESCE trial as a reference architecture
 [...]".

Not having UPM that experience gained in the FINESCE project, and not being
the leaders of the demo, I can't see why you expect that we initialize the
demo scripts, the tasks description, workplan, etc. It is something that
clearly needs to be done by Engineering. Probably at the same time that you
present to us that trial and the key outcomes we want to have into account
in the design of our demo, so that we can start to contribute asap.

We can discuss this tomorrow.
