[Fiware-apps] deliverables

Hi Monica,

I do not see the point. We have included information of some of this
deliverables (open specs, guides, etc) at GE level. But we do not know the
status of some of them since they are generated at coordination level
(Product Backlog, Technical roadmap, Lab support, etc). In the same way, I
don't know what of them have been already delivered to the commission.

So I don't know at what extend I can help you with that. (Except from
coping and pasting the list of deliverables)
