[Fiware-apps] New version of the DoW

Hi Davide,

I think that everything is ok on our side.

The changes in efforts are due to the the fact that they have recalculated
them using the "real" cost per PM reported by each partner in June for the
review, instead of using the cost per PM estimated in the project proposal,
BUT MAINTAINING THE BUDGET AND FUNDING ALLOCATION. You can check in the
accompanying spreadsheet if your new figures in effort match with your
original budget and funding allocation in the WP. Juanjo explained it in
his email:

"  You will see that the efforts (PMs) have been recalculated (both the PMs
originally assigned as well as the ones to be left) based on the costs per
PM reported by each partner in month 10, always maintaining the original
and target budget and funding allocation.   "
