[Fiware-apps] Draft of the DoW

Hi Monica,

Thank you for your email. We also attended the conf call, so we are aligned
;-)

We will take care of the changes needed in the Business Framework section
(task). The face-to-face meeting we had with Telefonica (Juanjo, Sergio)
and the TM Forum was very enriching and productive. so we have now very
clear the roadmap of the Business Framework for the next months and a work
plan to accomplish with it.

Just let me make you aware that there is an error in the Apps WP Section of
the new draft of the DoW, because Miguel Carrillo dropped TID from the
table of participants but forgot to assign their 24 PM to UPM (just because
he did not pay attention to PM figures since it was not the objective of
this first round of changes), as it was agreed in the very beginning of the
project, when we started to support and evolve the RSS GE (i.e. the
complete BF). I have just clarified this with both Miguel and Javier de
Pedro (the person in charge of the amendment at TID) so I do not anticipate
any problem. But you know, we are so many partners and they will have to
manage so many changes in the next days that I will be very pleased if I
know that you will also pay attention of this just to avoid inconsistencies
in the final version of the document. The figures for UPM in this WP will
be 62,5 PM (maybe the final figures will slightly differ from this number
since UPM and TID have different cost per PM).
