[Fiware-apps] FIWARE Chapter Active Contributor per GEri

Dear all, the FIWARE technical comittee asked to have a list of what 
they call Chapter Active Contributor.
The exact definition of a CAC is still pending, anyhow you can see them as:

    Regarding GEs of FIWARE Architecture Chapters, they would be the top
    two committers of the repository associated to the GE on GitHub.

  * Regarding additional CACs, they would be the top two contributors to
    the FIWARE pages on the wiki associated to each chapter (FIWARE
    Chapter Architecture and Chapter Technical Roadmap wiki pages).

It tried to summarized our CAC as below, per GEri. Please let me know if 
you are fine with this list, otherwise tell me which people should be 
devoted to this role.

The technical comittee then will send an e-mail to those please to ask 
if they want to actually be a CAC. Thus you can accept/decline the 
nomination.
This action of build a CACs team is in the direction of creating the 
Open Source community.
