Our current status is as follows: TECH CHAPTERS: Targets met = *54% (Low level of achievement)* Apps, IoT, WebUI, Ops chapters, please, update your issues. WORKING GROUPS: *50% target met (low level of performance)* Anyway, I appreciate some working groups have started working properly. Good for Dissemination and Press Office. Perhaps sustainability gets better achievement along the day. HELP DESK: Main Desk: Tech Channel is getting more load but there’re still issues from Christmas – some GE Owners aren’t reacting despite warnings sent. Lab has also some pending issues. Our average resolution time is too high in my opinion: 7 days. Coaches Desk: FI-C3 is contributing most. SOUL-FI and Fractals have old issues pending. The resolution time is 10.2 days.
