[Fiware-apps] Release 5: Open Specification

Dear all,
I edited the page

providing the link to the R5 page of GEs. For Wirecloud and SpagoBI I also
took the previous version of each OpenSpec R4 page and copy/paste in the
new ones so that you can start from the R4.

I still need to provide the Apiary Link, so I would ask you to start
thinking about that. As already said, from next week to August 22th I will
be in holiday. And from 10th to 22th I will have no connection or so.
In this week I would like to complete the Wirecloud and SpagoBI parts, so
that at least 2/3 of the chapter is completed for the deadline.

Last but not least, depending from your holidays, please double check your
schedule on providing the information below:

If you will be on holiday (Davide, I think it is your case) you will need
to provide the above before and send me indication on where they are so
that I can include them in the Release Summary R5.
