[Fiware-apps] Apps global architecture diagrams

Hi Alessandro, Davide,

We have been reviewing the global architecture of the apps chapter and we
realised that you need to update your process diagram (the third use case),
in this diagram appears the store, but in the new architecture the GE that
replaces the whole business framework is the Business API Ecosystem GE.

The change in this diagram in very simple, just replacing Store by Business
API Ecosystem, both in the pool name, and in the activity called "Notify
the Store about dataset usage"
