[Fiware-apps] Handover of WPA role in Apps

Dear Javier,
congrats for your new position as Director!

I have no objections against your proposal, therefore from my side is 
accepted. I'm not sure if you need to write to the Fiware mailing list 
or not.
Anyway, as you suggested, I'll introduce the matter in the next 
coordination meeting and get back to you (and Miguel Jimenez) to confirm 
the change.
