[Fiware-apps] Request of cross-chapter meetings APPs - Data/Media Context Management

So let's try to stick to one of them, preferably the first one. If some
issue remains open it can always be discussed by the involved people after,
i guess. This time we do simplify the work for the reservation of rooms.

One thing is needed, some estimation of people. We're 4 (inside chapter),
