[Fiware-apps] Readthedocs documentation

Dear all,
it is time to take a snapshot and deliver our documentation.

*For who (I guess only BizEcoAPI) has used ReST format, I need to ask you
to do the following and send the results to me. It is really trivial so
please do it asap :)*
