Hi all
I received this email from Juanjo.
As far as I understood, we have to prepare 1 slide for highlights for
achievements for the last year of FI-Core (only the last year) and 1
slide for the evolution foreseen by the roadmap, can you confirm?
Can we merge our contribution into an unique slide for the apps chapter?
Cheers
Davide

Hi Davide,

Since Alessandro seems to be out of office, could you please develop
your contribution to these slides?

Note that SpagoBI is just one part of the Apps chapter, therefore,
please just fill half of each slide.

   Cheers,

   Juanjo

Dear all,

Very unfortunately, our PO has introduced changes in the scope of
items defined as agenda of the FI-Core review this Thursday in the very
last minute (see below) !!!

Quite crazy because we had a confcall with Ragnar time ago and we
agreed on a scope and agenda really different and were prepared for that!

In order to be able to handle this we NEED that you send by 16:00 today:

  * @FOR EACH OF THE TECHNICAL ARCHITECTURE CHAPTERS, two slides
summarizing highlights and the path ahead. Please adhere to the
attached template. @Jaime: create one on Kiara / Fast RTPS
  * @Federico/Fernando: FOR FIWARE OPS TOOLS, the same slide
  * @Clara: a short presentation regarding activities of the QA LAB
TEAM, with emphasis on achievements. Try to include a slide
    elaborating of future steps/work
  * @Davide: a short presentation describing activities carried out
regarding the Catalogue and the FIWARE Academy

@All: PLEASE confirm reception of this mail and that you will be able
to deliver

   Cheers,

Dear Miguel,

The main objective of the final review meeting is to assess the work
done and use of resources (Deliverables and costs). Therefore I have the
following comments:

As discussed previously when agreeing on the review structure I (and the
review team) expect you to provide a clear overview on the achievements
of the FI-Core three main work streams, namely:

(1) FIWARE maintenance, evolution and extension (WP11-18)

(2) FIWARE Ops maintenance and evolution as well as FIWARE Lab
continuous operation (WP21-22)

(3) the long lasting sustainability of the three FI-PPP major results:
FIWARE, FIWARE Ops, and FIWARE Lab (WP31-33)

A stream number (4) is of course Project Mgt and
Communication/Collaboration/Dissemination (WP41-42)

As discussed, you are not expected to present WP by WP, but by
presenting each stream you will allow the reviewers to get a complete
project overview and ask their questions (based on reading the
Deliverables) at the right moment.

In addition, I welcome some discussion related to current
status/on-going activities, but it must be clearly indicated what was
done under FI-Core and what is beyond the project.

The proposed agenda can be kept as long as your presentations are
structured in such a way that the review team can easily assess each
stream. As you indicated though, the timeslot “Priorities for the end of
the project” should be better defined. The project ended 31/12/2016, so
the content of this slot must be different.

Kind regards,

Ragnar Bergström

Dear Ragnar,

I am happy to report that I managed to get the feedback of Juanjo’s and
Stefano’s and we are aligned now. See if the enclosed agenda fits what
you would expect and feel free to make comments if you think that there
are things that need refining.

The timeslot “Priorities for the end of the project” is pretty open (I
am still deciding whether to have a monolithic presentation or several
small ones). It could accommodate particular requests you may have.

Best regards,

Miguel
