Dear Gold and Associate members of the FIWARE Foundation,

referring to the mail of Stefano below I would like to encourage you to
either participate in person at the General Assembly meeting or to send a
signed proxy form to us.

This is import as our bylaws require a quorum of more the 50% of our
members for the General Assembly meeting.
