dear juanjo and all,

as per the action on my side about a possible choice of fernando between
the two chapters he has been nominated, he agrees to choose the fiware.lab
chapter. at this point, if the tsc agrees, i propose myself for the qa
chapter.

please let me know so eventually i will not candidate myself in the
election of "remarkable individual".
