dear colleagues,

this email is a reminder, in particular for those organisations who unfortunately cannot be with us at the ga, to proxy somebody of your trust.

the general assembly is an important step in the life of the fiware foundation and the fiware community as a whole. it is not only mandatory by our bylaws and the german law, but it is also important to approve what was done the previous year and to give directions on key strategic aspects for the following period.

so in order to have it, i really invite those who cannot come to proxy somebody.  this will show how our community is strong and passionate in reaching its mission!

following the calendar invitation i sent out on 20 April 2023 to which many of you answered positively, we kindly provide you further documents and details you to attend the forthcoming fiware foundation general assembly which will be on june 12th, 2023 at 11:00-12:30 (local time) co-located with the fiware global summit 2023 in vienna.

please find attached:
1. the formal invitation and agenda
2. the registration form (please fill in it in any case). it also allows platinum, gold, and associate members (not individual members) who cannot be present in person to delegate a proxy of their choice. please note that as the bylaws is at the moment attendance to the ga can only be physical or by proxy.

as you know it is always complicated to reach the quorum, so please fill in the proxy and send it to me if you think you'll not be available to come, we can always discard it if you in the end will be able to join.
