[Fiware-bigdata-dih-subtopic-1] Name of the project proposal

Change of the project name b for the section 1.4 and 2.1.4 is done.
I didn’t get Future City’s inputs for 2.1.4 yet, and check tomorrow morning for further update, and also will check other sections where I can.
