[Fiware-boost-rural] Request of call delay

Hi,

   We have actually received feedback from some sources that the EC is 
actually considering delaying the deadline until June, which obviously 
would be rather good for us.

   Therefore, the more we are requesting this delay the better, arguing 
the fact that the COVID-19 issue has kept people focused in other more 
urgent things, which certainly has impacting.
