[Fiware-boost-rural] New timeslot for weekly follow-up confcalls regarding proposal to DT-ICT-09 call

Hi everyone,

   Based on results on the doodle poll, this week and upcoming weeks, 
the follow-up confcall will take place from 12:45 to 14:15 (I take the 
mid of the two slots more voted).  I'll update the calendar invitation.

   Please try to bring progress on the pending action points.
