[Fiware-boost-rural] Urgent: today other costs justification

In order to finish the section 3 of the proposal we need to justify the
concepts of other costs section of the budget.

We need a couple of lines of explanation from every partner regarding
their costs in these concepts:
- (B1) Travel and subsistance costs	
- (B2) Equipment costs	
- (B3) Other goods & services	
- (C1) Subcontracting	

In travel costs we would appreciate an estimation of the # of travels
and unit cost.
