[Fiware-boost-rural] Integration of sections 1-3

Hi everyone,

   We will start the integration of sections 1-3.  This way working on a 
single document.

   We will take the document associated to section 1 as basis and 
renaming it.  This means you can still be working on it.

   However, people who was working on sections 2 or 3 have to finish 
their editions.

   We will let you know when the integration is complete.
