[Fiware-boost-rural] Template for partner description

Hi everyone,

   I hope everything stays healthy and is doing well in the current 
difficult situation.

   We will start collecting the information of the partners.  For this 
purpose, the form to be provided, completed for the FIWARE Foundation is 
available here

for your reference.

   All please take the following steps:

 1. Make your own copy of form and rename it so its name follows the
    format: "<name of partner> - <acronym for partner> - Partners
    description".   As you see, for our case is: "FIWARE Foundation - FF
    - Partner description".
 2. Personalize the form for your case.  Please take the example from
    the FIWARE Foundation as reference for length and content of the
    different sections.   For the flag that corresponds to your country,
    just copy the image you can find here
    <https://www.worldometers.info/geography/flags-of-the-world/>.
 3. Leave the section "Main tasks carried out in the project" empty for
    the time being.  We will bring concrete instructions how to fill
    this section later on.
 4. Place the file in the folder for Sections 4-5
    <https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1xCtdKQlOA2uZ5HefGtMOj04OmVqXvHiP?usp=sharing>
    we have created.
