I've included everybody in the maillist into the allowed editors of
budget spreadsheet.

1) Include basic data about each partner in this sheet
mandatory these fields
- Fix official name in column C
- Include acronym in column D
- PIC number column E
- Average cost column G
Desirable all of the raw

2) Only for LSP leaders (Ditte, giorgios, Ioana and Tom) to fill the
allocation of efforts here
