[Fiware-campus-party] Withdrawing the "Attention games" contest proposal for Campus party

Dear all,
We have been looking into the time remaining for the Campus Party days
and have decided to no longer propose the "Attention games" contest for
the Campus Party.
Unfortunately, we have no other choice given that:

- Given the time it's taken to analyze the proposals and decide on the
contests, all the remaining time is now in August. This makes it much
harder to contact Digital Signage partners that can provide the amount,
quality and variety of content that we would need for a meaningful contest.

- The logistics involved simply require much more time than what's now
left, considering we'd need to set up numerous displays and sensors
across the O2 arena, including discussions with installers, obtaining
copyright permissions for the content, and creating the overall platform

Given the remaining time, our available resources in the period, and the
complexity of the project, we have decided not to go on with it. Please
accept our apologies if we have lead you on; Since the decision on what
contests will be accepted hasn't finished yet, I'm sure it's not too
late to withdraw our proposal.

We wish you the best of luck with the remaining seminars and contests,
and hope that rivers of redbull and coffee flow among the hackers come
September!

All the best,

Miquel and Salvatore
