[Fiware-campus-party] Fwd: Campus Party - NEC Contest Proposal

Juanjo, all,

Actually, we've got an overall IoT chapter  joint proposal for Campus contests and Salvatore input was more intended to be merged with the whole thing.

As I've seen in previous e-mails in this list that the IoT contest(s) would be included as a challenge within "Workshop 1 - How to create an app in FI-WARE", I will adapt our current IoT chapter proposal to fit with that (and including NEC's input sent by Salvatore).

Basically, the two contests we are proposing are "Campus of the Things" (local sensors/devices) and "The SmartSantander FI-WARE challenge" (services exploiting actual smart city data/events).

As discuss today in the FI-WARE WP5 phc I am sending the NEC proposal regarding the Campus Party Contests. Attached there is a slide set where we are trying to explain which kind of contest we would like to organize and how using FI-WARE GE we could attract people and developers. Please analyze the proposal and give as the feedback about it.
