[Fiware-catalogue] User activation to catalogue

Hi juha,

The account "jhyvarinen" does not exist in the Catalogue user database. Is
this your FIWARE Forge account? If this is the case, are you trying to log
in with the FIWARE Forge credentials?

If you do not own a Forge account you must apply for one in order to access
the Catalogue. This account is required since we migrated the account
management system to the Forge.
