[Fiware-catalogue] User activation to catalogue

[Juha Hyvärinen]

Hi Darío,

I didn't have Catalogue account before but I did have two Forge accounts, I
just can't recall the reason for the new one. Guess that it
had something to do with account merging and matching usernames in
different systems... My old Forge account is juhahyva and it's also
attached to this same email address.
