The link will give access to the eTicket registration/activation website. 
After registration, each guest receives a personalized ticket by e-mail for printing (in DIN A4 format/letter size) and showing at the entrance. Ticket is only valid upon registration/activation, and that this is most conveniently done online, before the show. 
For full details on mandatory ticket registration and eTickets, see www.cebit.de/ticketregistration and www.cebit.de/complimentarytickets. 
Each eTicket is valid for one day and for free public transport to/from the show in the Greater Hannover (GVH) region on the day of attendance (which needs to be marked on the ticket)
