Following my previous mail (which you shouldn't forget to read please :-)

... we have splitted session 4 in the programme into two sessions, one dealing with Cloud hosting capabilities and another one dealing with Business Framework capabilities in FI-WARE. I have numbered them as 4a and 4b just in case you were using the numbering for other purposes.

   Cheers,

Hi,

First of all, let me add Carlos Ralli as contact point on our side for everything that has to do with FI-WARE contents of the event (both organization of speeches and demo tables). Please point to him in addition to Nuria for anything that has to do with communications and production of promotional/marketing material.

Carlos and Nuria, as well as me, are in the fiware-cebit so probably sending an email to the mailing list is the best way to avoid messages get lost.

Nevertheless, find below some answer to your questions:

Dear Nuria and Juanjo,

Could you please update us about the CeBIT organization on the FI-WARE side on the two following points ?

1. Speakers and demo presenters

The CeBIT final spreadsheet<https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AoNGoA5Ii_6cdC1XRVZnVnp1TFhUcktUaUROMldKQ3c#gid=0> contains almost no information about FI-WARE speakers and demo presenters/table holders.

I have asked people from the FI-WARE team attending the event to fill the info. I already filled some of the names of speakers, etc.

Please note that the name of some of the sessions have changed, so I guess you must request an update of the CeBIT official webpage ...

Last but not least, the initial presentation should be made jointly by Pieter Van der Linden and myself. I hope there is not any missunderstanding here. I have updated the info accordingly (details, name and email of presenter). Please confirm that we are on the same page.

We (I) need to know who is going to talk at the conferences and who will hold the demo tables to fine tune the organisation and send a few guidelines on how to reach what we expect from this event. (Presentation details are also needed so we can put them on the CeBIT website future talk page asap.)

  ok.

2. Free tickets

Fi-WARE has 250 free tickets that you can distribute to our target: innovative SMEs and developers (mainly german, as it will be easier for them to go to Hanover).

Can these tickets be used by the speakers ? Or should we use other tickets ?

It would be great to re-send these links to your partners, and ask them to share with trustful stakeholders that could be interested in our event. Or to send invitations to targeted companies that has shown interest in FI-WARE...

How can we get those tickets as to distribute them among innovative SMEs and developers ? Is there any form of electronic version ? (otherwise it may be a bit difficult) ...

Also, I have seen only 3 tweets about CeBIT from the FI-WARE twitter account that has +3000 followers. This week, we should send much more tweets (and news) to promote our mutual Future Talk event at CeBIT.

We will start making noise this week.

CeBIT is in less than two weeks now, let us make it a great event together.

  Yeap !

  Best regards,
