Dear Nuria and Carlos, Considering the short time left we have before CeBIT, we have to take decisions. In order to make logistics easier, and focus on what is crucial, we (Sigma/FIcontent) will just order bottles of water and cakes/pastries that will be in our shared private area (I will probably have the key to that space, we are waiting for Reinhard's confirmation on that). For our partners' lunch, there will be a restaurant in Hall 9. About media coverage, we had to give an answer to our provider, so she can rent needed equipment. We will send Nuria / Atos an invoice for that and the flat screens, by tomorrow. We kindly ask you to pay it before CeBIT, otherwise we will reorganise the media coverage agenda, and the use of the screens.
