[Fiware-cebit] [fic2] [CeBIT] Questions

Thank you for these answers. 

I have replied (and asked a few questions too) below:

First, just to let everyone know, I am going to print a flyer with the final agenda of FI-WARE / FI content sessions (from the google doc), that we will put on the demo tables, and distribute there.

Are you sure about that ? I think I have read in the CeBIT exhibitor guide that they don't take delivery of packages, and that we can only send stuff if there is someone on the booth (during preparation) to pick up what we send.  (Though, it is still possible to send packages and make them picked up by a specialized company that can deliver them on the booth on the 11th after 18:00, or on the 12th before 9:00.).

Thank you, this may help. But we also really have to know very quickly if the links we already have are used. Otherwise, more tickets won't be needed for now.

Thank you, I will then tell speakers to take a computer with VGA output.
I assume there will be microphones too, is that correct ? 
Will there be someone from CeBIT in the "Regie" room to help us with the audio/video ? Or are we supposed to handle that ?

Thank you! This is great and will ease things a lot. I will be on the booth the eve's (11th) and try to update this mailing list with pictures of the inside. 
Do you know if the 7 demo tables will be on the booth on the 11th already ? Or only on the 12th at 8:30.
What time do the doors open for exhibitors ? 8:30 ? If so, maybe it would be better that we meet at 8:15, in order to wait for late people, and get in at 8:30.

About the agenda, deadline to put it on the CeBIT website was yesterday if I am right, has this been done lately with the latest inputs ? Conference names on the googledoc are different from the ones on the website (and details are not on the website).

Concerning the private area (referenten/kuche), we will put bottles of water and some cake/pastries there, so speakers and demo presenters can rest a little. We still don't know if that  room contains seats, and if we can lock it with a key that I would keep (I will be on the booth all day long).

I am looking forward meeting all of you there too.
