I think I have read in the CeBIT exhibitor guide that they don't take delivery of packages, and that we can only send stuff if there is someone on the booth (during preparation) to pick up what we send. Do you know if the 7 demo tables will be on the booth on the 11th already ? Or only on the 12th at 8:30. What time do the doors open for exhibitors ? 8:30 ? Conference names on the googledoc are different from the ones on the website (and details are not on the website). Concerning the private area (referenten/kuche), we will put bottles of water and some cake/pastries there, so speakers and demo presenters can rest a little. We still don't know if that room contains seats, and if we can lock it with a key that I would keep (I will be on the booth all day long). I am looking forward meeting all of you there too.
