It would be great if you could make it at 8:15. (Otherwise you’ll have to
enter with the public at 9:00).

The best would be that we add our two phone numbers on the CeBIT googledoc,
but I cannot do this right now as my internet connection is limited. I’ll do
that when it comes back if no one has done it already.

I' ll try myself to be at the South entrance 1, at 8:15 on Wed 12th too. 

However, I understand I'll not be able to help in the booth sep up as I'll
be in our session all the time.

 

I also added those names to the spreadsheet as you suggested.

 

Finally, can you (Hugo) please mail your mobile phone to me? (mine is shown
in my signature down this e-mail)

It is now time to finalize the meeting point in the morning. Is this : South

Reinhard, can you confirm that, as written in the document, I will have the
key to the private area we have (I would need that for logistics, I'll be on
the booth all day) ?
