[Fiware-ceedtech-coaching] Providers

dear nikola,

in addition to the various fiware lab nodes (they are several at the
moment, the only commercial fiware instance providers is that provided by
us (engineering ingegneria informatica spa which reachable at fiware.eng.it.

of course this meant for business usage and not for the usage within the
fiware accelerate programme unless some critical requirements are needed to
be satisfied.
