Hello, No offense, absolutely. I will forward your feedback to the people managing FIWARE Lab, in order to make them aware about this. Let me know if you get any response from the new submission. Thanks. Actually, as far as I can see I reported 4 issues (but not this particular one). I never got a jira ticket out of them. One guy got back to me saying that what I reported wasn't really a bug (well, wasn't a show stopper by the time I reported it), but he escalated it. Anyway, I'll try to send this issue to that list as well and see if anything happens. Thanks for the reference, but I have looked at and walked through that already. To give you a feedback (or to whoever it may concern): the usability of the lab is very low and partly to the basically non-existing documentation. (Nope, I don't count http://help.lab.fiware.org/ as usable. There isn't anything but a bunch of videos linked mostly from another site.) Again, no offense, just a feedback. Anyway, it’s strange that you didn’t get any help. Do you remember the number of your ticket? So I can see what’s going on; It should be something like HELP-xyz In the meantime, try to look at this: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/27543127/deploy-vm-in-fiware-lab-nodes-with-neutron Best regards, Marco Marco Terrinoni Consoft Sistemi s.p.a. I've created a few VM instances on the Budapest node and access them from the outside (tried to do so in other regions as well, with less success) without any luck. Here's what I did: 1., created a security group with port 22 open (among others) 2., launched an instance using one of the images, adding it to the above security group 3., associated a floating IP to one of the internal interfaces (tried both 10.10.xxx and 10.20.xxx) 4., tried to connect from my machine, and received a "no route to host" error I also tried setting up my own network (it's not clear whether it's necessary or not): 1., create a new network (192.168.x.x/24) 2., create a router and set the external network to the one that contains my public IP ( public-ext-net-01) 3., launch a new VM instance and the network created in step 1 to it 4., associate floating IP 5., try to ssh -> no route to host Thanks, Laszlo -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
