[Fiware-challenges] Campus Lab Challenge - form

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to you regarding the challenges - smart city; and smart
business & industry.

In the application rules it is written that the ideas are to be described
according to the form available at the campus-labs.com. At the moment I
have not found any form available. Can I expect it to appear?

Could I contact by phone someone responsible for the challenges? I would
like to ask few questions related to the application procedure which seem
to be not clear for me.
