[Fiware-challenges] problem with reading materials and instructions for the SME FI-WARE Challenge

Dear Sir/Madam,

We are potentially interested to participate in the FI-WARE Challenge
- 200,000 euros to help SMEs become more efficient and innovative (
http://www.campus-labs.com/webapp/reto/ver/FIWARE800k?lang=en)

I've tried to download the materials and instructions how to participate
and submit your idea from the web page of the Challenge called Materials
(Download), having the following URL

http://static.campus-party.org/labs/generic/images/retos/FIWARE800K_material.zip

but the .zip file seems to be corrupted. We've tried opening it on several
different computers but we didn't succeed on any of them.

Could you please point us to an alternative URL, where we can download the
materials and instructions how to prepare, format and submit our idea?
