[Fiware-challenges] Campus Labs - Smart Cities

Hello,

Firstly, I would like to appreciate the project  Campus Lab, and specially
the Smart Cities part. We would like to  involve our organization in your
competition but we have one question about the terms.

In our project www.odkazprestarostu.sk (Message for a mayor) we try to
improve communication among citizens and their municipalities. We have
created website where people can send a message  about problems in their
city/village to a mayor who answers for them.

>From the begining of this year the complaints  can be send also with the
application in the smartphones.

Is it possible participate in competition with the application which is
already running?
