[Fiware-challenges] Challenges #FIWARE800K - CHORA Urban Hitch-Hike

Dear Sir/Madam,

Please find attached our submission to the Challenges #FIWARE800K.

Me and my team have been working on our proposal, with the date of December
20th as the deadline. The deadline you have given is very misleading, as
you will see from the quotes below from your website at
http://www.campus-labs.com/webapp/reto/ver/FIWARe800k?lang=en

*"The first phase begins with the publication of this challenge on October
31, 2013 and ends on December 20 of this year."*

*"Are you ready to build a better city? Expand information with the legal
basis and submit your proposal between 00:00 pm GMT on October 31, 2013 and
00:00 am GMT on December 20, 2013. [Important: Only entries received before
00:00 am GMT on December 20, 2013 and submitted in English language will be
accepted]."*

I understood this to mean midnight* tonight, on the 20th*. I was away in
Berlin the last two days without email access and had already planned to
finalise and submit the proposal today.

So we now have a complete proposal that we have been working on for a few
weeks, but it seems like we cannot submit it.

I ask you to please grant us the permission to submit the proposal today.
We have worked hard on this and are very passionate on the subject of Smart
Cities, so it would be a great shame for it all to go to waste because of a
mis-understanding.
