[Fiware-challenges] Smart society Challenge application: was it received?

Hi,

I submitted an application for smart society challenge, but not received a
confirmation message that my application was received.  When I look at my
profile, I see some error as shown in the attached snapshot.  Could you
please clarify whether my application has been received or not?
