[Fiware-challenges] Project Jukesong - Fi-WARE Excellence

We just tried to submit our project to FI-WARE Excellence, but it wasn't
allowed. When we finally got to submit, inscription was closed.

I would like to know, if you, please, can accept our project by email. It's
in attach. We really appreciate, since we are working in this project for a
good time and we really would like to join to challenge.
