[Fiware-challenges] #FIwARE800k challenge applying questions

Hi!

We are an spanish team interested in participating in the #FIwARE800k
challenge and we have the following questions related to it:

1) The challenge has 2 categories (Smart Society and FIWARE Excellence)...
Are they exclusives? I mean, could we apply for both categories?

2) How could our documentation be sent to the challenge? Is there any
online form? Uploading a zip? ...

3) In our "solution", can "not-FIWARE" technologies be included? Eg, Ruby
On Rails
